From the first spark of glasslight to timeless mosaics across the world
It all began in 1995 in a small Ukrainian city called Sumy, when Ivan’s parents founded the very first stained glass workshop in the country to work in the Tiffany technique. What started as a family atelier has grown into Glass Art Stories – a studio where stained glass turns into emotion, memory, and story.
Today, Ivan and Anna continue their parents’ craft, carrying forward the same dedication and love for the art. Over the years, we’ve created everything from intricate mosaics and stained glass windows to tiny suncatchers filled with soul. Still, we remain true to what we’ve always believed in: the beauty of light, the warmth of handwork, and the power of quiet, thoughtful art.
It all begins with a sketch and ends with art you can feel
Every piece we make goes through of skilled hands and hours. Here’s how your glass story comes to life:
Design & drawing - Each artwork begins with inspiration and an idea, which then takes shape as a sketch.
Glass cutting & grinding - We carefully select needed shade of stained glass and shape it by hands.
Copper foiling & soldering - The pieces are wrapped in copper foil and soldered together using the time-honored Tiffany method.
Patina & painting - We use patina to add character and hand-paint details to to reveal its beauty.
Everything is created in-house, from idea to final polish.
