Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we’re here to help.

Please inspect the goods IMMEDIATELY. Any defects or damages must be reported within 30 business days of delivery. No exceptions.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt, order number or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on personalized items.

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange an item that arrived in good condition, you're welcome to do so! In this case, the return shipping cost will be covered by the buyer. For more details or to start the exchange process, please contact us via email info@glassartstories.com.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging.

Refunds

If your refund request is approved, the funds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at info@glassartstories.com.

Any merchandise found to have a defect will be replaced with the same product unless a refund is requested.

Conditions of return

If you choose to return an item for personal reasons (not due to a defect or damage), the return shipping cost will be the buyer’s responsibility. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is also responsible for any loss in value.

Failed Delivery Due to Unreachable Customer

If the customer is unavailable at the time of delivery or provides an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, we are not responsible for the failed delivery.

In such cases:

The order may be returned to the sender or held by the shipping carrier.

Additional shipping or storage fees may apply.

No refunds or replacements will be issued unless the customer contacts us with updated and valid contact information within 7 of the failed delivery attempt.
