This charming pink peony stained glass panel will perfectly adorn your place of living. Its vibrant colours and delicate thin lines will always please your eye.

This window hanging is made using L.C. Tiffany method of copper foil. In the process of manufacturing, we use only the highest quality materials, such as:
• 3 mm Spectrum Glass (USA)
• 3 mm Wissmach Glass (USA)
• Tin
• Copper Foil
• Black Patina
• Wax

It is advised to wipe stained glass products with a wet cloth. 

Each stained glass piece of art is packed safely into a special brand box for delivering it to your address safe and sound.

We ship all orders the same day or next business day. Once an order is shipped, we will email you a tracking number. We ship to all USA states including Puerto Rico, Hawaii, Alaska, APO/FPO/DPO. Please make sure you enter the correct shipping address at the checkout. We will not make any changes to the shipping address once you place the order. If any shipment is returned due to an error in the shipping address provided to us or due to package not being claimed by the receiver, we will deduct $6.99 from the purchase price prior to issuing the refund.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Orders are shipped out directly from any of our domestic warehouses and they will do everything they can to get you your order as fast as they can! Due to the popularity of our offers, please allow an estimated 3-7 days for your order to arrive at the USA (depends on the remoteness of your address from our warehouse). Other countries can take an estimated 2-3 weeks (depends on the remoteness of your address from our warehouse) due to distance traveling and customs. Please note, that due to the extreme popularity of our offers, these are only estimates.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER GETS STUCK OR LOST IN THE MAIL?

All of our orders are sent with insured shipping and handling. If an order gets stuck at customs, sent back or even lost during the delivery process, we apologize! The postal service is out of our control. However, in cases like this, because the packages are insured, we will send you a new package with quicker shipping and full tracking, if possible. Please see our refund and return policy for when these might be applicable to shipping situations.

WILL I BE CHARGED FOR CUSTOMS AND TAXES?

The prices displayed on our site are tax-free in USD, which means you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order. Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives at its final destination, which is determined by your local customs office. CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Cancelling or Canceled Orders: Eligible for full refund, including S&H, ONLY if cancelled prior to shipping. We cannot process claims, refunds or additional requests once package is in transit with the carrier. You have 30 minutes to cancel your order.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at Info@glassartstories.com and send your item to: Verhnee Pishanoe, Shevchenko Str 15, Sumy, 40490, Ukraine.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

This peony panel is such a stunning work of art. You can tell it took great talent to make. All the color choices are just perfect. It is so much more beautiful in person! It arrived in less than a month somehow from Ukraine to the US. I would give more time for customs though if you need it by a certain date. It was packaged very carefully and arrived in perfect condition.
